This units code can only be calculated if there is another number that is 12 letters and digits long on the barcode beginning with a letter C, not a CL such as C70000001234. Have a look to see if this style of number is on the label on the back of the unit. If not it is only possible to get the code from the main dealer or a car radio specialist.

That's not the serial number.
Sometimes pressing buttons 1 and 6 or 2 and 6 together will display it. If not the radio will have to be removed to find it on the label on the back. It will be a M or V followed by six numbers.0 -
