    This radio is VIN coded and electronically linked to the car. This is a job for the main dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a radio decoding specialist.

    Check your serial number. Should be only 6 numbers after the V

    Ah that's the number the garage wrote down for me and I can't get the radio out as I don't have the correct tools (and poking it with a wire coathanger didn't work), Will see if I can find someone with tools!

    Sometimes pressing buttons 1 and 6 or 2 and 6 together will display it. If not the radio will have to be removed to find it on the label on the back.
