If you are certain that this is the correct Serial Number then according to my PHILIPS database 3816 is definitely the code that your radio left the factory with so perhaps your radio has been recoded in the past to a completely different number.

You will have to try your local Car Radio / Audio Shop or a Professional Decode Specialist....but it won`t be free !
