Can anyone help with a ford focus 09.

Radio serial code is V380261

Hello

Just had some work done on my car and garage didn't tell me they'd disconnected my radio

Please can someone help me? I pressed 1&6 together and these digits appeared?

50701940 (64)
09-00-00 cd

DP MV 5H 255

I don't understand how I can get my radio code from this??

Appreciate any help

We need the M****** serial. Try pressing 6&2. If it does not give a clear M****** serial then you will have to remove it from the dash.

If it has an M****** serial then yes. Try pressing 6&1 or 6&2 together. If that does not give the serial, M or V prefix, you are going to have to pull it from the dash anyway.

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as access is required to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
