I think this is an Australian Ford radio

If so then the code will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service .

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

4183 is the correct for this serial No. check the radio for the correct serial No. the radio may have been changed.

before i buy a set of pins to remeove my radio and get the serial number does anyone know if i can get a code on here for a ford sony CD (generation 1)?

Tried it and it didnt work, so double checked the number, should be :
GM020328295603 (not 5803), so sorry must get my eyes checked lol
