    radio is cdr 4600
    Have you taken the details from the paperwork (not good idea) or from the actual unit? Try pressing 2+5 or 2+6, this sometimes gives the serial.

    Try posting here http://forum.eserviceinfo.com/viewforum.php?f=8 they seem to have supplied a code for that model in the past.
