7467 is the correct code for that serial. Where did you get the serial from ? The one we need is printed on a sticker on the unit and etched into the side of the casing (and not from the audio guide book !!). If the number is correct then your unit has probably been re-coded and will need to be hooked up to a computer by a pro to decode it.

Afraid not:(
You need the serial number, try pressing 2+5 (2+6) on some models this gives the serial, if not afraid you have to remove it, number is on a sticker

Hi Got it from the sticker having pulled it out!which caused the hassle just wanted to see if I could hook up some rear speakers for my daughter:o
