Sorry...it has to be a Barcode Serial Number beginning with C 7 0000000 x x x x

Wonder if you can help, have a ford focus and had to fit a new battery to it..... of coarse the radio need its code putting back in, only to discover that the radio had been changed before and it was the wrong code!!!!
Its a 6000 e-on rds, its serial number is: M190399.
Hopeing you can help as i cannot stand my wifes singing (makes dogs howl) lol

Help somebody please!I have a Rover 25 and the battery was recently disconnected and now the radio is not working. It is from the MG Rover group and the radio serial number is VDCD3042010649. Can anybody give me the radio code or tell where to find it without having to pay around £25 for the privilege? Many thanks.

Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your Rover ) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
