Car Radio Unlocking

Hi,Can someone PLEASE help me,I need a code for a Ford Fiesta Radio model 4500 rds and the serial is..M248711,...a friend of mine has had 9 attempts using a couple of codes that came with the service pack,only after removing the radio, he noticed the serial number doesn't match those in service pack...!

Type: GM Delco CDR2005 (E)
Serial number: 09196565
Number branded on the side of the unit: GM020510022305

I asked Opel to fix it, and were willing to pay, but they said that the radio was installed after the car was bought and they could not help me in any way...

Unfortunately DELCO codes are not obtainable for free (using the Serial Number) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database which is only available to the Main Dealer or one the larger professional Decode Services.

The alternative is for your radio to be taken/posted to a Decode Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

I tried the one above as the serial number was the same but it didn't work
it flashed "code...." with a 3 at the bottom left of the display I presume this is the amount of tries
