    Hi, having the same problem, on a Ford KA 99, with 5000 RDS radio. Where do I find my serial number? I took off the detachable part, and looked all over it, and in the empty space I took it from, but can't find any serial numbers.

    The serial number is on the top / side of the radio itself. It needs removing to see it. http://www.fitaudio.com/?View=entry&EntryID=49

    I have a Volvo S40 with a Audio system HU-605. After a recent flat battery due to cold weather it is looking for a code. After hunting through the handbook - guess what- I dont have it. Serial number is V02080 10155122N. VIN is YV1V514K32F828754.

    I have already forked out for a pack from dekodes but this does not cover this model.

    Can anyone offer any help?
