Car Radio Unlocking

My mother in-law's Fiesta has had a knackered battery since the snow 2 weeks ago. When I put the new one in for her yesterday, it required a code that I can't locate in the manual.

It's a 3000- 2 changer and the serial code is M022894.

If anyone can help or direct me to a place that can help, it would be much appreciated.

Need the serial number! - try Holding down 6 then 1 (works on some later models) if not then check link in my signature on how to remove units
