That's really not good Scaredy, why hasn't the landlord broken in? It'd be a lot cheaper to get a new lock than it will be to deal with water damage.

there are 3 locks on the door...... and the landlord is a bit of a t***er... he's the local nhs dentist and i wouldn't go to him if you paid me!!

I am trying to guide Spud here via telephone. The woman is randomly turning onto roads...lol!

I wasnt !!!!! I only turned where I was told to
    Ola,
Spud got here eventually (after me shouting down the phone at her poor DD-'Stop! Turn around' etc etc. Got quite humourous in the end. Had a lovely visit and took them to the massive Primark up the town centre. Tis huge and was a tad overwhelming for them I think.

DD, in return, was yelling at me telling me to shut up coz I was stressed and wittering :rotfl:
Just called DD and they are fine and as she said 'having a whale of a time' LOL!

That made me giggle because Spud said that to her today about camping and DD said 'what does that mean' so I explained and clearly she took it in a used the information. So cute.

Aww, I taught DD something :T

Give em both a huge hug for me :kisses3:

And on those who are halfway through A levels relying on it who suddenly find out they're going to lose it. They should have at least kept it for them.

Yeah that too. I couldn't have done college without it, it paid for my petrol!

My daughter was one month too old to claim EMA when she was at college, so she had to get on without it - it would have made such a difference to her (as would DLA!) but I am not bitter ;) (much)

It is pouring down here, I do love listening to the rain knowing I am in for the night.
