...and its on a nasty rough estate hence the AP, although it strangely appears to have risen in price recently! Maybe 18 months on the market isn't enough for the vendor.

It's a place with an interesting history where private gardens are sacrificed for public spaces. Despite its ugliness it is one of the few housing experiments from the 1960s that actually works, probably due to the type of person who lives there. But transplant it to any inner city...
