This is what happens when you demolish the top floors of a block of flats, divide the walkways into balconies, pave over the communal gardens and build garages, create a row of townhouses, then move the original tenants back in.

Ex council house in the centre of town with great transport links to anywhere. That house will sell quickly as a rental.
