I wouldn't go as far as beauty - but that is also pretty horrible....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

This is what happens when you demolish the top floors of a block of flats, divide the walkways into balconies, pave over the communal gardens and build garages, create a row of townhouses, then move the original tenants back in.

Slight Updating RequiredWell Established Rear Garden
I always get the suspicion when you see houses with a decor like that, that either the occupants are moving into a care home or they have died.
Why would the agent publish image number 12? What is that? It's not personal, It's strictly business.0 -

It does astonish me that people try to sell houses / flats for mega wedges of cash and have photos of the place up for sale with clothes draped around, and mess.

Clothes around, food out in the kitchen, curtains hanging off the rails - and for over £600k for a 3 bed house!

...and its on a nasty rough estate hence the AP, although it strangely appears to have risen in price recently! Maybe 18 months on the market isn't enough for the vendor.0 -
Ex council house in the centre of town with great transport links to anywhere. That house will sell quickly as a rental.
I know the area and its a bit of a dump around the Caledonian Road side but a bunch of Aussies would rent it.0 -
