Have seen Aparthotel Orquidea, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza 1st Oct from Bristol (Portland Direct) Half Board £468.00 for 2 people, dosen't seem a bad deal. Hello Mr Travelman ;D

Here are the details: No rush, just checking best times to book, weather and price wise.

1- Gatwick/Stanstead - (if France, via road if needed, if you have approx rental prices for vehicles that would be great too)
    2-Approx 7 nights
3-nice mild weather please - so anytime early sept, mid october are good dates - or even november if weather is ok
4-Yes - night flights are ok.
    5-approx 4-6 adults max & 2 kids (7 years and 1 year old)
    6-self catering
7-villa prefered (must be clean, deco not important the views and outside areas are more significant), with pool, quiet near local food stores, quite bars etc
8-NOT spain or tunisia - would prefer south of france or italy
9-beach would be nice - once again a quiet one!
10-ummm - approx £200 p/p max £350 p/p (adults) Kids, not sure how much, but they will have to go with us! I guess it would be cheaper to go to france by road right? we would like to stop over in Paris for a day or so if possible. Ok strike out italy, we'll just stick with France!!

Thanks in advance, like I said, no rush.

Oh, I feel like I am being soooo picky ::) ::)

    Hello-sorry for the delay!

my advice is go for GREECE/TURKEY from 15/9 onwards. Contact me end Aug-we get last minute VILLA deals in-my guess is you'd pay £450 per VILLA (2 or 3 bedroomed) max if you booked last min-flights approx £109-£149 pp.

    I'd look at Crete especially.

Hang fire & contact me end August-if you book NOW you've not a chance at those prices!

    kind regards,

    Chris

Does anybody know why is it British Airways fares seem to be more expensive than buying from a travel agent? I have been quoted a return fare to Mauritius £650 from a travel agent whereas BA has quoted me £660.10 from their website.

I would be grateful if anyboody cold find the cheapest fares to Mauritius either by Air Mauritius or British Airways.

    From 5th November - 2nd December BA

    From 8th Dec - 1st Jan 05 BA

It does not have to be the exact date, a difference of one or two days will not matter. I have searched the internet for hours and the best I could come out with is:-

£685.10 From 8th Dec - 1st Jan from BA online.
    £660.10 from 5th November - 2nd December BA online. £650 from a travel agent.

Also I am a bit reluctant to book for the month of November now as last year after I book my ticket early, BA's price came down by £100. As for the 8th Dec, it's my husband who want to travel, I guess I will have to book pretty early as it is peak season.

Please, if anybody can help, I would be grateful. Thanks a lot.

Hi Travelman - I'd appreciate ti if you could check out these dates and see if you can come up with anything - I did have a holiday to tunisia for £95 but was too late to book...

1-All airports you can fly from - Manchester, Leeds/bradford/birmingham
    2-Duration - 7 nights
3-1st & last dates to leave the UK - anytime between 15th sept and the end of sept
4-Are night flights acceptable ? (Big point as night flights usually cheaper!) - Yep
    5-party size & kids ages - 2 adults
6-Board basis you require (ie self-catering, all-inclusive, h/b, bb...etc) - self catering preferred but anythings acceptable.
7-Type of resort, ie quiet, lively - don't mind. would like some nightlife.
8-Any resorts you WOULD NOT go to - it's got to be fairly hot so spain/s probably out of the question in sept.
9-Any other neccesary factors, ie must have kids club, pool, be within 'x' metres from sea...etc - prefer pool or at least use of pool. ;)
10-Max. budget!!! - less than £120 preferably per person.

Cheers! If you send me your email i'll email a contact number... Claire
