Sorry i havent been around for the past week,but my hubby took me away for a week (for my birthday).It was last minute and very unexpected.

We didnt go anywhere exotic or even warm.He booked a cottage for a week at Whitby.Cottage was fantastic and we had a lovely time away from the daily grind.

I was shocked beyond belief when he told me he had booked it (the day before we went).He sorted his time of work etc without me twigging on (that must be a first lol).

I hope you can help...we are spending a week in Menorca next February (school half-term Feb 12-19)

Two Adults, Two Children (12 & 14 so probably 4 adults!)

Staying with relatives so looking for Flight deals and it appears only BA (Iberia) fly there with just one flight a week (Sunday), costing £194 per person (+£37.10 taxes). Can this be beaten?

I think the only cheaper option might be flights via Palma PMI or Barcelona BCN, but you might not want the hassle.
