I`m looking at next summer.

From North West Airport ie Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool,Doncaster

Around 22nd August- Children back at school Mon 3rd Sept so need to be back for then. Can go before,anytime in August.

10 or 11 nights or maybe 14.

2 Adults and 2 children under 10- all in 1 room

All inclusive, anywhere in med except Eygpt,Turkey,Morocco or Bulgaria/corotia.

DAy flights would be nice, will do a night flight coming back if I can get a late check out room.

Budget Under £2k for everything

You are going to struggle to get to get anywhere with the budget you have considering there are 5 of you and you want 10-14 days(14 are usually cheaper than 10) and you are wanting half board or above.
To get anything half decent you are going to have to up your budget.
Cheapest holiday to Malta i could find was with Chevron
It was in the Sunflower Hotel 3 stars in Saint Pauls Bay,half board and it came to £1412 for 2 weeks,leaving on 29th June from the East Mids airport.
