Thanks sloppy chops, i am looking for a hotel really, may have to go 3 star gosh its just soooooo expensive!

    will keep looking though.

    :)

The Olimpia is a hotel and its 3 stars in a central location and i would say at a very reasonable price for Venice.

Okay i will look into it thanks.

I thought great when i got very cheap flights but not feeling the same now with the price of hotels they do seem to be mega expensive.

I may consider booking somewhere in Lido or another place close to venice and then travel into Venice.

If you look at the Express By Holiday Inn Quarto D'altin and you dont mind being out of Venice thats coming up at 145 for the 3 nights and by using https://www.superbreak.com/home.cfm?company=IM883 that link you get another 10% off

Venice isnt cheap when you get there either in fact its down right flippin expensive ...so staying outside Venice is proably your best bet

    Hi I hope you can help;
I am hoping to go away this Summer but i am worried that I've left it too late for my budget but here goes.
    1.Airport manchester, liverpool or blackpool
    2.duration 14 days
    3. anytime between July 22nd and August 19th
    4. night flights ok
    5. 2 adults 2 kids aged 10 and 12
    6. any board
    7. quiet resort but with public transport for sight seeing - don't want to have to hire a car
    8. prefer not the Canaries and have bad memories of Dalaman airport but otherwise open minded. We loved Greece and Spain
    9. prefer nice accommodation with air conditioning. we like mooching about on holiday and not just lying on a beach
    10. as soon as possible I desperately need something to look forward to!
    11. budget - is £1500 unrealistic? could go higher if half board or AI

I am hoping to sort this out over the next couple of days and would appreciate any ideasThanks in anticipation of your time
