I had a lovely PM this afternoon from a relatively new poster here. S/he wanted a little advice over a MSE matter, and thought it would be a good idea to ask for it.

I hope that I wrote him/her a pleasant, useful, helpful reply. I was pleased that I could be of help.

How much nicer it was to receive that PM than to read a sarcastic message on the board from someone who really should be asking for info, not giving it.

The point that Claire DC is trying to put across and has been said so many times before is that the comp is for NI Piggys only.

But yes the system does allow all the little piggys to enter it. If you wish to enter it then do but if you win are you going across to Ireland to use the pass?

Hi,

I persuaded my hubby to join and he got enough points for his first voucher, and the same thing happened and we got the same reply. He just cancelled his membership. They should know there is no point contacting the post office, I can't understand they they don't do it themselves??
Just to let you know you are not the only one.

PS This wasn't recently, but his was a John Lewis as well. Are all the missing ones John Lewis?

Not quite sure what we can do - the PO aren't interested because they say it is the sender's responsibility to pay for recorded delivery...:mad: I doubt Pigsback will replace them because we can't prove that they never arrived...

I signed up for a 3mobile phone at the end of July but still haven't received any points. Have emailed them more than once and just get told they haven't received the file from 3mobile yet.

Has anyone who signed up received their points????
