i am also having the same trouble with audible, i have no "headphone logo" and in my acc there is no "listener plan info" and i do seem to be signed up to the free trial as it says i have 2 free books to download. i have emailed them twice and had no reply so looks like i'm going to have to phone before 21st oct when the trial runs out. This one has been far too much hassle for me

Hi, I happen to be the winner from Croydon. I find it strange that for ages I won nothing then suddenly two in a week o.O And it does make you think how random these draws really are.
