I usually don't enter a competition if I wouldn't be able to use the prize, or don't know someone who would. However, I often submit my competition entries in the early hours of the morning and sometimes I miss things and make mistakes. I'm usually trying to do too many things at once when this happens.
In the specific case of the Ireland pet competitions, I hadn't really taken in that there were NI specific competitions, and I wouldn't have expected it to let me enter if I made a mistake. I did know by the time of the film one, but it wasn't originally posted with the information that it was for NI piggies only and I didn't notice that it was the Irish site when I entered. I'll pay closer attention in future. At least, I'd like to think I will!

I've been signed up with Virgin Skill, which is run by Skill Jam, for a while and I am having terrible problems with them. Despite their site saying they are available to answer questions 24/7 and usually expect to reply within 2 hours, I was unable to reach anyone about a problem with my account despite numerous attempts last week and my many e-mails have been ignored. When I try ringing them I get an answerphone message asking me to leave a message and then telling me I can't as the mailbox is full! Very frustrating. Not a very professional set-up at all, if you ask me.

I entered these too - oblivious to the fact they were NI and even if i had known i wouldnt have known i wasnt allowed to use them.
From what i remember there is nothing that shows it is an NI site.

I have just recieved an order I placed with them last month and wondered if there is a way for me to get the points? With some offers you need to put in the order no after placing an order and I was hoping I could do that?
Thanks
Katie
Hi,
You usually have to visit the partner site by following the link on pigsback to receive points, summat to do with the tracking - sure someone more technically minded can explain properly :-)
I suppose you could always try it to see if they accept it on the system? - (probably wouldn't go thru tho, as might not show up on the mysterious 'file' the company sends to PB)
