I signed up for Jackpot Joy and deposited £11 on 29th August. No sign of my 2000 points so I e-mailed Pigsback who have asked me to forward my confirmation e-mail. I never received an e-mail, so I contact Jackpot Joy who insist that I have not deposited money and only have a fun account (not entirely sure that is what they called it but you get the gist!)
I have checked my bank and the money was definately paid to them, I played £1 of the £11, won £1 so then withdrew £11, which also shows on my statement. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

How long did you leave your money there for?

When I did this I left my money there until after I had got my points from PB. Did have to send 3 E-mails to get them. But got them eventually.

Then I withdrew my money from Jackpot Joy.
