  • I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me with a quick query :) I've saved up enough points for two £10 vouchers, and wondered if I would be able to use both vouchers on the same bill so I could treat my partner to a meal out and take £20 off the total cost? The description just says £10 off total bill

I'm quite sure you can as these are £10 gift vouchers not money off vouchers.
  • Haha score! Just got our points from Dabs.com for the new laptop. 6270 piggypoints!

thanks for this.....i wonder if anyone else has had the same thing, as i had the same email.
can anyone let us know if their vouchers posted around this time also failed to arrive.
    thanks

piglet and molly, I would mail Pigsback again and report that the Post Office won't let you pursue it because you aren't the sender... it might not help, but on the other hand PB could choose to send out your voucher again as an easy option.

Can you give some instructions how to find the Tasks tool please Matt' - and possibly some hints how to use it :)

Update on the Cheapflights points, I had a mail back from Ciara saying that it should be automatic and that she'd look into why mine wasn't - the points have arrived today.

Yeah np, if you Open up Outlook you should get a picture simular to the one below.

I have changed the order of the buttons on the left hand menu, so the Tasks tool can either be on the bottom row, its a tick symbol or on the side pannel (highlighted in red)

    tasks1.jpg

Once you click on that you should get something similar to below:

    tasks2.jpg

It shows all the tasks that are complete, incomplete overdue etc, you can change the style on the left

Then, click on New will open a new window where you can add new tasks:

    tasks3.jpg

From there its fairly simple, you can always use the Help feature in Outlook if your stuck.

    Hope this helps
