Just wanted to say that if you go to your profile and dont even change anything, just click save and go back to your home page, you still get the 50 points! I wonder how often you can do this?
As Claire says, you only get points for updating it once, which seems like a disincentive to me to keep your profile up to date. I mean, people marry, divorce, and change their working hours - but there's no point telling PB any of this more than once!

;) Got an email survey about bananas through just now, 50 points if you start it and another 50 if you finish it. Points added within 21 days. One of the questions was "what would make you more likely to eat fruit". The temptation to put "if they made it taste of chocolate" was extreme to say the least
    :rotfl:

do I have to do something special to get such surveys? Never had one, and feel left out (well, I'd like the extra points, actually!)

Don't be so downhearted, when the points finally come it will be great :)

I use the Task's tool of Outlook to keep track of what i have signed up for and what points are due. I check my email everyday, so when there is something overdue i get a pop up saying how many points I'm owed from the particular site. Then, its simply a quick email to chase them up and Pigsback usually credit them quite quickly after.

Thanks, it's just been a bad week! Good idea to use Outlook though, thanks :)

i have been waiting for my arcaria voucher since the end of sept. i emailed them and i had a reply stating it had been posted on the 3/10.
has anyone else had vouchers go missing and if so do pigsback replace them.
    grateful for any advice.
    cheers

I have the same problem - I ordered a John Lewis voucher on 26/9 and it didn't arrive, so I e-mailed and got an e-mail back today saying that it had been processed on 28/9 and posted on 3/10. Advised to contact post office, and told that if it is returned to them, Pigsback will contact me...

Not quite sure what we can do - the PO aren't interested because they say it is the sender's responsibility to pay for recorded delivery... I doubt Pigsback will replace them because we can't prove that they never arrived...

    All advice appreciated...!;)

I opened at scratch2cash account last week, and yesterday found out someone had cleared my bank account out. This was the first time I'd used my card online for ages.

It could be a coincidence, but please be careful if you're giving your details over t'internet.
