I still cant get audible to burn a cd. The option simply isnt on the tool bar despite me uninstalling and re-installing. The Nero download fails every time, perhaps because I already own a full version of it. Cant record via Nero direct or WMA as they are copyprotected. Given up, go to cancel it and I also don't have a cancel my subscription option. I did submit my credit card details as I intended to continue with it. I have now had to e-mail them to try and cancel the rotten thing.

I am using Internet Explorer, Windows XP and downloaded the right software. I reset my router in case that was the problem with the failed links.

Not quite sure what we can do - the PO aren't interested because they say it is the sender's responsibility to pay for recorded delivery...:mad: I doubt Pigsback will replace them because we can't prove that they never arrived...

thanks for this.....i wonder if anyone else has had the same thing, as i had the same email.
can anyone let us know if their vouchers posted around this time also failed to arrive.
