I've had to query three sets of missing points already, and one set was for signing up for a Pigsback newsletter! I haven't had my points for signing up for the Motley Fool newsletter (on September 26th) because something went wrong with the process. I mailed Pigsback and they told me to mail Motley Fool. I did that at the beginning of the week and have been totally ignored! Not Pigsback's fault, I realise, but frustrating all the same.
I'm currently waiting for 800 points. 500 for piggypoker from 9 days ago and 300 for Lightspeed from 8 days ago.
Seems to me that this is going to require too much time to keep track of everything I buy or sign up for and to send e-mails chasing continually missing points.
It's funny how they were fast enough to take my points when I signed up for Piggypoker and when I bet some points on one of the Jackpot thingies, but it seems like when it comes to actually giving out points it's a very different story.
Don't be so downhearted, when the points finally come it will be great
I use the Task's tool of Outlook to keep track of what i have signed up for and what points are due. I check my email everyday, so when there is something overdue i get a pop up saying how many points I'm owed from the particular site. Then, its simply a quick email to chase them up and Pigsback usually credit them quite quickly after.0 -
I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me with a quick query
I've saved up enough points for two £10 vouchers, and wondered if I would be able to use both vouchers on the same bill so I could treat my partner to a meal out and take £20 off the total cost? The description just says £10 off total bill

Can you give some instructions how to find the Tasks tool please Matt' - and possibly some hints how to use it
Update on the Cheapflights points, I had a mail back from Ciara saying that it should be automatic and that she'd look into why mine wasn't - the points have arrived today.Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -

I finally got a reply from pigsback regarding the cdwow voucher cost situation.
Hi Claire,
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This was an error and has now been rectified. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Karl

Subject: RE: CDWOW Voucher Cost
Hiya,
A few of us have noticed that you have cdwow vouchers at an increased cost for the same 7.99 voucher and i was basically wondering if this was an error?
The reason i say this is because when cds went down from 8.75 to 7.99, vouchers went from 1080 (or there abouts) to 980 (again i think this was the cost there abouts) but now it's at 1150 which is the same price as the boots etc £10 vouchers and they need posting out (incurring more costs to yourselves therefore) so i can't understand why you'd be charging more than you were charging origincally for an £8.75 cdwow voucher!
Thanks.
