When copying/pasting shortened links (with ... in them), right-click and select "Copy link location" (for Firefox) or "Copy shortcut" (for IE7), rather than just "Copy".

I did Cheapflights a couple of days ago - no points. Am getting rather tired of having to go through customer services every time - must have been 6 in the last month or so which have had to be chased up, and one I still never got the points for.
