I'm still waiting for my points. I joined the same day as you. Hopefully they will be with me shortly.

I chased up my betfair voucher today. Thought it had been a long time coming (9 days). As soon as I sent an email to pigsback asking where it was, I realised I had received it and already spent it!

Still waiting here too, joined the day before.

Have emailed pigsback as i said it seems to be a recurring thing to have others who have joined the day after myself to get their points before (with reference to mansion). Awaiting a reply now. :)

If you have registered then you will have an account so don't worry about that. Have you received any confirmation of registration, by email or anything? When I joined I received a welcome email confirming my username etc.

The 'page not displayed' message sounds like an error to me (either with their server or your browser). Have you tried acessing the site with any alternative browsers you might have (I sometimes have trouble on betfair when using firefox but its ok with safari or netscape!)? Also, try clearing your cookies and logging into the site again.

If none of this works email info@betfair.com and include the username you signed up with etc. They aim to reply with 4 hours during working hours (apparently).

Thanks very much for clearing my doubts.I just got the email and now my account is opening. Please can I ask a few more doubts also..Can I transfer my piggypoints straight away?Does betfair also has minimum time frame before a new user can withdraw funds??Can my partner also withdraw his piggypoints to my betfair account?Or should another account be opened???Thanks a real lot for your help..

Sorry to bother you all with this recurring query-I just opened a betfair account to transfer piggypoints and take as money as advised by many poeple here-I downloaded the software, registered but dint deposit any money. But when I open the My account page there,it says page cannot be displayed. So,if I transfer my piggypoints with this username, what happens??I did try to search for the previouus locked thread but could not find it.Please help. Many thanks.
    Hi, sda.

I had this problem too when I first opened my Betfair account. I asked for ideas why on here but, unusually, there were none at the time.

I found that the answer was not to open the downloaded software and click on "My Account", but to go to https://www.betfairpoker.com, and then enter your username and password. That worked - and still works - fine for me.

I did post this on the last thread, but thank you for raising it again, as I'm sure others may be affected.

I use Firefox, btw (Beta v.2 at the mo).

    HTH.

Not a prob, glad its working now! :)

As far as I know you there is no time that you need to wait before transferring your piggypoints, or before withdrawing your credit once it has come through from pigsback. This can take a few days though, for pigsback to process your request and the credit to be added to your betfair account. I'm pretty sure other users have withdrawn to one betfair account from multiple pigsback accounts, as long as you enter your betfair username correctly there shouldn't be a problem.

Be aware though that if you and your husband carry out similar actions (i.e. click throughs, competition entries) at similar times or log out of one account and into the other straight away pigsback might suspect that only one person is running both accounts - which is against the rules. I guess withdrawing to the same betfair account could add to this but it shouldn't be a problem if there's no other reason for them to be suspicious!

  • It gave me a giggle to see the question for the album of the week. PB wants to know in which movie did Madonna "MAME" her debut.:rotfl:

And before you all start, yes I know it was supposed to be "make" and that maim is the correct spelling for the word that I was reading phonetically. Still gave me a giggle though:p

Have you not got your confirmation E-mail from them that you could forward to Pigsback?

That would confirm that you used your Pigsback E-mail Address

Anyone finding PB are being a bit slower than usual sending out vouchers/crediting piggypoints?

I signed up for Skilljam, deposited and played 2 weeks ago and no sign of the 1000pp. It's taken over a week to get a £10 betfair voucher onto my betfair account too (in the past it's been 2 days max).

My sister sent off for 2 £10 lesiure vouchers almost 3 weeks ago and my other sister a £5 costa voucher around the same time, and we haven't had those either.(Usually takes about a week).

Not really a complaint as such as they are free, after all (mostly), but they really have slowed down for us. Still think Pigsback is the best cashback site I've used (tracking wise!)

I have just signed for Skill Jam and 1000 points - so hope it doesn't take for ever (like Mansion!!!) to get points. I deposited the min 10 dollars which was just over a fiver so should be ok. Also I couldn't see in the T and C's about having to play with the money so does any one know if I can just withdraw it after the points are in the piggy!!??

I ordered my 1st Boots voucher from pigsback almost 2 weeks ago - can anyone tell me what usual waiting time is? Just so I know when to start whingeing to them!
