Subject: Re: RE: Fw: Pigsback.com Contact Us Enquiry: About My PiggyPoints [283465:216873]
Hi,
Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to extend the timeframe for
crediting PiggyPoints to members accounts to one month. We are currently
waiting on further confirmation from Mansion so that PiggyPoints can be
credited to your PiggyBank as soon as possible.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,

I finally received 1000 points today for registering with Jackpotjoy on 27/08/06. But I am sure it was supposed to be 2000 points at the time (that's why I didn't mind to play with the tenner). Can someone confirm this for me? Thank you.0

It was 2000 points until 5pm on 12th September. (It's the day I signed up and I had confirmation from pb that I will be receiving 2000 points) I'd email them and ask for your extra pointsThere is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Anyone finding PB are being a bit slower than usual sending out vouchers/crediting piggypoints?
I signed up for Skilljam, deposited and played 2 weeks ago and no sign of the 1000pp. It's taken over a week to get a £10 betfair voucher onto my betfair account too (in the past it's been 2 days max).
My sister sent off for 2 £10 lesiure vouchers almost 3 weeks ago and my other sister a £5 costa voucher around the same time, and we haven't had those either.(Usually takes about a week).
Not really a complaint as such as they are free, after all (mostly), but they really have slowed down for us. Still think Pigsback is the best cashback site I've used (tracking wise!)0 -

And also, with the Mansion points, much as we'd like to blame pigsback, it's the mansion marketing people who have got it wrong this time! They had the whole NFL special sign up offer at the same time as Pigsback and had a sudden surge in numbers. Pigsback can't credit you the points unless they've had confirmation from Mansion. And it's Mansion that are slow to confirm.
Apparantly they only got half a file from mansion containing the details, which is why some people have had their points credited and some haven't/Lost lbs =

I'm still waiting for my points.I joined the same day as you. Hopefully they will be with me shortly.
I chased up my betfair voucher today. Thought it had been a long time coming (9 days). As soon as I sent an email to pigsback asking where it was, I realised I had received it and already spent it!0 -

If you have registered then you will have an account so don't worry about that. Have you received any confirmation of registration, by email or anything? When I joined I received a welcome email confirming my username etc.
The 'page not displayed' message sounds like an error to me (either with their server or your browser). Have you tried acessing the site with any alternative browsers you might have (I sometimes have trouble on betfair when using firefox but its ok with safari or netscape!)? Also, try clearing your cookies and logging into the site again.
If none of this works email info@betfair.com and include the username you signed up with etc. They aim to reply with 4 hours during working hours (apparently).
