I signed up on 27th August and not yet got mine, I emailed them and got a rather terse reply to read the terms and conditions as they do state point will be added within 28days once you are confirmed as a new customer.

Has anyone had problems getting isubscribe points added, i have a confirmation email from isubscribe from 29th Aug but nothing yet from pigsback, i noticed that the screen says points within 24 hours. Has it always been within this time frame or has it previously been 28days, I don't want to chase if it has previously been 28 days. Also it is showing 500 points for joining but i was sure it was 1000 when i signed up does anyone keep a record.

They seemed fine about me emailing so i'd say to go for it.. if there is an error somewhere down the line then at least it will be sorted if they know about it.

Oh and i think it was 24 hours here too, added pretty quickly if i remember rightly, within 36 i'd say!

i'll most likely still be up at 2, i'm packing for uni, such a 'mare! i have already filled two suitcases, and they fill the car! :eek:
