Dear God. 29 pages of posts dating back 35 days.
Oh, and the speculation that she has hush money, one of Daddy Butler's houses can be crushed - page 1 new place that the council found for them.
So the council has housed them? I see no reason not to take legal proceedings against Suzy then!0 -

Most of them are fashion and art type photos.
Lots of people here make 35 posts ever day. Please be gentle with any reviewing of the tenant's daughters photography/posts she's made about her feelings on stuff... eg fashion/boys/friends ect ect. She's only 17 or something.
She's not to blame for any rent arrears, the landlord bringing police coming to the tenant's home, her mother being labelled a squatter, claims they were expected to leave the house in April 2010 ect ect.
Yes - no hush money. Pr1madonna was right. It's not the Suzy Butler "I've thought about it from all sides" way. When SB thinks she's right, damn the law if it's going to cause delay or expense. The law must be broken, according to SB. We saw the Butler way. And now it doesn't look like where they are is a happy place and may have to move again to a B&B? Begin the legal action imo.0 -
I'm not normally a poster but I stumbled across an online blog on tumblr today. I cannot post a link but here is an entry written on August 28th
IM REALLY NOT OKAY
And I’m tired of telling people that I am. Because it’s not true.
........
I’m just…
I’m just really not okay. At all.
Interesting snippets.
She seems to mirror the class of her mother.0 -
So on the 2-9-2010 the key objectives were:-1) Speed up the eviction process (once the tenant is two months in arrears the landlord would need to provide proof that this is the case and ...after which time the tenant can be removed with a two week eviction notice. At present the court process can take up to seven months. All documentation would be checked and verified prior to initiation of recovery and eviction process bringing the law more into line with current commercial property law
2) landlords to have better access to their property. This would continue along the lines of the current system requiring written notice but if the tenant refuses to allow admission to have right of access allowed legally with police or baliff support.
Now on the 9-9-2010, he objectives seemed to have changed slighty, in fact the first objectives seemed to have gone out of the window:-
We the undersigned wish to
(i) highlight the difficulties experienced by responsible landlords when faced with unscrupulous tenants,
(ii) seek changes to the law to speed up the eviction process when a clear case of either non-payment of rent or anti-social behaviour exists, and
(iii) seek changes to the law to improve a landlord’s rights of access to their own property in the case of, again, non-payment of rent or anti-social behaviour.

Is this going to be another moderated petition?0

Thank you for providing a link to my post Dopester.
Eliana if you should ever stumble across this thread, I'd like you to know that I did think long and hard before I quoted you here. I know that you didn't orginally intend it for such a large audience but I'm hoping that Suzy Butler and her supporters might read your poignant post and at last realise why the law is the way that it is, and that attempts to change it, will just create more misery for innocent people like you.
Btw, I'd also like you to know that I read several posts on your blog and you come across as an exceptional 17 year old. A very intelligent, mature and classy young lady and I wish you all the best for your future0 -
There's a link to contact the petition author, which will make the entered e-mail address and an IP address (apparently your own) available to them.......0

Has anyone been in touch with the young girl to help her realise that her mum can get some legal support to take SB to court? Or are people not approaching them at all.
I think a legal professional should approach them directly and make themselves known here. Suzy Butler has been extremely arrogant as we all know and the only way she will learn is where it hurts her the most - money. She's happy to take other people's money for her projects but clearly if you miss one payment through no fault of your own you'll get it.0 -
Try another petition website, maybe that'll do it, that'll cover the cracks.0 -
Does hte Number 10 site not have petitions anymore?0
