They're obviously able to multi task, because theyre posting new links and photos to the wall and deleting relevant questions while conducting the web chat. Assuming, that is, that the web chat has actually taken place.
Mind you, I'm multi tasking at the moment - typing on here, watching the news and burning tea all at the same time....so anything is possible.
2 photos with the MP were posted, only 1 remains.

There was a photo of Suzy and Mike, one of man and Mike and one of Suzy, man and Mike. Only the last remains. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Just post this here, where they can't press the delete button while reading
When you buy a long lease from the freeholder for £100,000 for a term of 99 years (or take an assignment of a lease that has been granted to someone else for a similar price) it never occurs to anyone that you don’t own the property. The freeholders know that they can’t go barging in whenever they feel like it.
However because an assured shorthold tenancy is for a much shorter time, many landlords think that it does not really belong to the tenants, and that they still have owners rights.
They don’t
So if you keep going into your tenants property, without their permission, that is unlawful.
It will still be the tenant’s property, even though he or she may not be paying the rent. The fact that they are not paying the rent will normally entitle you, the landlord, to go to court and ask for the tenancy to be brought to an end. But (for residential leases/tenancies) it does not allow you to end it yourself, now, without a court order, and to physically evict the tenant. That would be unlawful.
The same rules apply to all landlords, whether they are professional investor landlords, ‘accidental’ landlords letting a property because they can’t sell it, or someone renting out their home while they are abroad for a year.0 -

I'd like to bet that the MP knows nothing of his link being on their page, and probably wouldn't be too happy about it either. I daresay it will disappear at some point. As will the Conservative party advert when they realise what's going on. When I get a spare 15 minutes tomorrow, I might just be sending an email to Grant Shapps to fill him in on the illegal happenings.
And the web chat.....well, I personally don't think it went ahead, far too many things being posted, altered or deleted from the Squatters page between 5 and 6pm tonight. I also think that it's glaringly obvious that posts are being removed or edited, call it what you will, because there's now a massive gap in anything at all going on the wall between 26th August and 5:30pm tonight. In 5 days, could 1450-odd people seriously not come up with anything to post between them??
And now the numbers are starting to come down again. So there you go Suzy and Jeremy, you've had your 15 minutes and still not managed to get the law that you ignored/broke/bent changed so that it suits your needs better. Such is life.BCSC # 9 and proud! :beer:0 -
