On reflection Dopester, you could well be right. But I guess we may never know.0

I thougt Suzy went to see the MP yesterday, not Carmen *Confused*
Even more confused as Suzy also said she had "ensurred that the tenant in my case will never be able to do this to someone again"... That doesn't sound like a friendly drink to me.0 -
^^ Exactly - so what is going on?
I still think that had it been myself in Carmen's shoes there's no way I would have gone for a friendly drinky and a chat. I would have told Suzy Butler where to get off.
'I will not be taking her to court. She will not be taking me to court.'
This looks to me like:
Suzy "Carmen, you don't want to be taking me to court you know with all the influences I've got, and you will lose anyway, so if you agree not to take any action against me then I won't against you. You do see it from my point of view don't you because I would hate to have to tell even more bad things about you to the media blah-blah"
Carmen "OK I'll do as you say and keep quiet, thank you for the *** off"
And that is only half of what I think about the pair of them.
This is my opinion only - nobody elses - I made it up by myselfKarma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
as I type my thoughts, kittiej almost read my mind, lol!!
Suzy Carlita Butler...................I don't feel the need to prove myself to you as I know what happenned, as does Carmen, as do people that I care for...................We actually met for a drink and discussion yesterday where she again, said how sorry she was for the upset she caused.....................I will not be taking her to court. She will not be taking me to court. She has assurred me that she will repay me what she owes me in time.
Nah sorry, something here is a miss!
There is definately more to this story than landlord/squatter/tenant evictions, unfortunately as a landlord I certainly wouldn't be taking a tenant who owes me nearly £4000 in rent arrears for a drink and a discussion (allegedly). Why wouldn't you take a person to court to recover the debt of £4000, and I dont have any good reason of why the tenant wouldn't take Ms Butler to court from the well publised illegal 'eviction', and how somebody can 'assure' a landlord they are going to repay the debt is just crazy, especially as there are possession papers in circulation that show Ms Nobre over £8000 in arrears.

I don't read anything more sinister in the 'make sure she can not do it again comment' than meaning her face was shown on tv. Of course if she did meet Carmen for a drink yesterday then maybe Carmen was lying when she said she wasn't taking her to court!
I also believe the threats they refer to may well be the comments on here suggesting avenues to raise the matter with TRO in Hove. I think it more likely someone on Stormfront has threatened her for letting her house to a black person than anyone on here sending threatening messages.0 -
What I also like about their favourite page 'mydeposits' is the tagline being tenants how to get your deposit back :rotfl:
They have favourited the NLA - I wonder what their view on this story is?0 -
They'll probably see that as another 'threat' against them
I like Lazarus' post about how they have linked to mydeposits but using the search facility on their site there is no record of the deposit. (I've checked that myself searching every month from January to August 2010)0
