There must be a journo interested in this story... the real story that is. This is precisely the sort of thing private eye likes - can see it now on 'street of shame' or 'in the city' if Butler Snr qualifies for that page.

It's worth a try but the Police aren't know for their consistency with regards to Housing Law. The Local Authority usually prosecute for illegal eviction but I suspect they are already aware of this case.

I would like to know if the TENANT has taken legal advice. It's frustrating only having one side of the story (from Suzy Big Mouth and the ignorant people at GMTV).

Forget the Suzy Butler living in a tent to get sympathy fiasco - she is but a diversion (possibly even a strawman).

No there is more to this than we have been led to believe, and I don't really know how far this goes and into what circles, but you can bet this is an idea borne from impatient people who want an easier route than the legal one we have currently.

i also have suspicions about the other person involved, but I shall keep quiet about that ftm
