Certainly was indeed.
What is this website for if it is not about CONSUMER REVENGE
For heavens sake what a joke. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Maybe it was to do with the amount of personal info that was on the thread. Although it's not as though 'She Who Must Not Be Named' could really complain about invasion of privacy... An explanation would be nice though.0

Anyway, the thread is still available via Google's cache, at least for the moment:

I think the legal action is certainly a possibility.
The thread has had personal details on there for a week and we know from the FB page that they have been reading for a few days so it seems unlikely they would only rremove it now.
Nothing on that thread was not already public domain information.0 -
The only personal information that was on the thread was that which the landlord had already put out on national television - including an view of the contract with both her and the tenant's contact numbers.

Exactly! That's why it seems bizarre that MSE could face any legal challenges for displaying something which is in the public domain anyway - and was put there by the person that was being criticised in the thread.
Has GMTV et al been asked to remove the video clips on their website? Are the You Tube clips still available?
That thread was one of a very few offering a dissenting voice to the outrageously ill informed views of the internet lynch mobs' & media frenzy witchhunt.0 -

I guess so, (I'm assuming you mean legal action between tnt and LL, not LL & MSE) but I'm not sure how the thread could have jeopardised tnt's case.0 -

GMTV clip still available.0 -
The video clips (and other material) is still available vis the FB pages. Fortunately, FB are a bit sturdier in their defence of free expression than some websites.0
