Guess the rate date challenge... Many of you will be on a tracker or variable mortgage rate, or soon to come off a fixed rate product onto a standard variable rate. Base rate left unchanged for November too.

May actually have an increase coming in 12-18 months. A previous TiM article suggested a rate drop in Q2 next year. Need to read up on current thinking...
