I'm watching News 24 about the uni places. They keep going on about how so many people are losing their chance to go to uni, which is totally bs, these kids have got their whole lives ahead of them, they can go whenever they want. It just means a delay. Talk about making the poor kids feel even worse about themselves.

    Sorry, just needed to rant!

    I'm baack

Thanks everyone for your good wishes. They really worked as I got a parking place at the uni (so didn't have to pay to park in the multi-storey) and the interview turned out to be basically a formality (and done in a group which was a bit wierd).

Now back home and have dinner on.

I heard that from some people I know the other day...not quite sure why they do it, but they do!

I'm just staying put, though I have been browsing for jobs to see what's out there...however, I'm the only one who can do what I do in the whole of the county, not that it will make my job solid, but it's a definite plus for me! Ah well, it's just the nature of jobs for the council :)

That's two of us okay for places then Kat. When do we start comparing notes on dissertations?

    B,

When is your deadline? I'm aiming to hand in in May with November as an absolute fall back (May = a September graduation and Nov = the following Sept so 2012 )
