    Morning Elfen :hello:

How's everybody doing? It's a glorious day here, shame I'm at work catching up on stuff from yesterday when I was having a day out, er, at a meeting all day.

  • Morning Elfen,

Where is everyone? [Insert confused smile!]

My voice is certainly on its way out which is highly amusing as people are struggling to hear me!

    Morning all

Just been dismantling DD2's old bed and building her new one.....why oh why can't they stick to the same size ruddy allen key? My electric screwdriver is a godsend but not when you constantly have to stop to change the bits over. (rant over) :D

New bed is very MSE - double up Mr T's points meant the bed frame was free, have managed to sell the old bed frame for £30 :T

Now going to go raid the freezer for something for lunch, seeing as everyone is home I might as well cook.

    Morning

I am at home today. My daughter asked me to stay with her and having always put work first, I decided today she needed to be put first, so phoned in this morning sick! Feel dead guilty mind you!

Nice sunny day here, so will get some washing out and then this afternoon we have a gardener coming round to tidy up a bit for us, I tried to keep on top of it but never really found the time on top of working full time!

Tenmah dont feel guilty.......I rang in sick once so that I could buy Morrissey tickets:o:cool:

Granda was in a right state today when I visited, he has misplaced his false teeth and was looking all over the place for them then kept forgetting what he was looking for :(

I have pulled his house apart and I cannot find them anywhere either, I suspect he has had them in his hankie in his pocket and then took it out and they have dropped somewhere, could even be outside.

I have rang my Brother and he is going to call in on the way home from work just to check that he is OK

Off to take DS1 for his AS results and in light of todays news with UCAS I really hope he has done well.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
