Still nothing from Weebuy- they seem to have a lot of excuses and still have not acknowledged receipt of my phone. Any ideas what I can do?
I too sent a Nokia 1880 when it was £17 cashback in April , but even if they honour it now (not holding breath!) then it may only be £20 -

Perhaps somebody at Mse could find out what is happening? MSE has mentioned them before and they have permission to post in this thread, however I noticed that they had not done so recently! No Matter what you do there will be critics.0

i have still not heard anything i keep calling them everyday and all i get is a voicemail saying all our customer care reps are busy leave a message and we will get back to you. i have done so everyday but not heard anything back at this point i am fuming and i have sent a email and left a voicemail with the following message:
I believe you are in possession of my goods which were collected on the 13th May and we are now on 2nd of June. I have not been paid out for or heard anything back in regards to it; I have contacted you several times via email and by phone and have not had any replies. This is one last opportunity before I take this further, if I don’t hear within the next 24 hours I will have no option but to report this to the police.
if anyone has any ideas please do let me now.
thanks0 -
Stop having any delusions about the police. They don't care.priyapindoria wrote: »I will have no option but to report this to the police.

If you have any proofs I think the small claims court (online) is the way to go.0 -

Could MSE try and contact them, they were mentioned in the weekly email and I noticed that on the web they were recently at some fair paying out over £12,000 to various people who had bought their gadgets in. This was the Gadget Show 2011 and in fact there is a you tube video as well!No Matter what you do there will be critics.0

I have no idea. When a courier gives something to me, they ask me to sign for it. If it was some independent courier you can try asking them for the proof.priyapindoria wrote: »what kind of proof apart from the ref number the courier gave me.0
