I have registered about 10 items to be sold to weeebuy they said they will contact me within 24 hours to arrange courier pick up. After 2 days and no phonecall i emailed them. Their reply was that their phone systems were down and could arrange courier pick up via email. But no info was given as regards to do i have to package the items myself, do i need to put address on the items or does the courier provide a label. I emailed back to say i would prefer a phoncall and surely their phone systems should be up and running by now!!?? I have not received a phoncall or a email in reply. My order was placed 9 days ago. Have tried to use their live chat online but always the same answer-no agents online!!! So have emailed them again today!!!!!!
Had high hopes for weeebuy. I use Mazuma a lot and a shame they don't recycle mp3s because they are absolutely fantastic. Weeebuy take note!!!

I sent my laptop back last thursday, was impressed as a courier came and picked it up. However since then iv had nothing to say its been received. Iv emailed them and not had a response and my account still shows as awaiting items. Im now a little worried that its gone missing and the lack of communication isnt helping.0

I have had over 2 months of nothing but trouble with this company. They now have 2 of my laptops (both of which where in working condition when they left my house), and they now say the laptops dont work and are missing chargers.0

Sent Dell laptop and an old-ish garmin Sat nav in to this website and got response within 48 hours of sending it. They graded the same as i stated in my initial registration and got money 5 days later. Both where in working orer and got my money so was v happy!
looking for a few more items in the run up to xmas to make the xmas headache that lil' bit easier..

I feel I have just lost my daughter's laptop. After lots of emails about sending a courier to pick up the item (never sent out the envelopes) the item was picked up by courier over 10 days ago. Unfortunately the OH did not get any receipt and apparently the courier company were not sure of the address it was going back too, but because the courier arrived OH thought it would be fine. Upshot nothing heard account shows awaiting, no operator ever on live chat, phone them and the phone just rings and rings.
I am also very wary when a brand new poster (see above) suddenly registers to say this firm is OK (maybe I am being cynical)
Can Martin shed any light on this company?No Matter what you do there will be critics.0 -
I am getting more and more frustrated with this company - I phoned and eventually got through they said it had been received and they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. This is 2 weeks after sending it! Guess what they never got back to me, so I phoned again and once again they said they would contact the warehouse, they phoned later that day and said that they could not get an answer from their warehouse!!
I am beginning to think that this company is obtaining goods by deception and I am fearful that my laptop or money will never be forthcoming. If however it is found I bet they say a) its damaged and b) its not working (although it did work!).
I feel quite upset that a company which appeared in the weekly email has no far treated people with contempt.No Matter what you do there will be critics.0 -

This is exactly what has happened to me, I have been in contact with trading standards and watchdog, I have made a formal written comlpaint (which was not acknowledged) and I have now written to inform them I will be taking them to a small claims court if they do not reply within 14 days.
absolutely horrific service, and I would inform anyone of thinking about using them to walk away immediatly.0 -
pulling my hair out now got link of mse site for weeebuy and got price for 5 mobiles,not a fortune but better than nothing,they after days of waiting finnally sent a courier to fetch the phones free of charge.good eh..... no that was 2 months ago,i have emailed them on numerous occasions asking when i will get my money???????,sorry not arrived yet,sorry couriers running late cos of weather,still nothing at warehouse,yesssss phones have arrived,just getting checked,then i sent yet another email yesterday to get a prompt reply today saying sorry we only have 4 phones and one is missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!...........to be continued as i said not a lot of money due to me but i wont rest till i have it!!!!!will keep you updated0

hi mse archna,weeebuy have emailed me and rung me back today to say they have been in touch with the courier company and they are going to investigate the lost phone and will let me know in 24 to 48 hours but offered to pay for the 4 handsets now if i wanted to, which i said no id wait for the money for all 5 if it was going to be a few days. but to be fair she did appologise for the amount of time it had been since sending the handsets.so i will wait and see what the outcome is.0
