I am officially fed up trying to get pics on here!! I have halved the size of this original pic and its still coming up huge mad0004.gif. On the plus side the korma was really lovely and I would recommend it (although I'd reduce the amount of sugar next time)

Tomorrow I am making Chicken Chow Mein (it's beef in book but I'm substituting beef with chicken) and Beef Satay (it's chicken in book but substituting with beef! lol), both with egg fried rice.

Made lamb kebab, pittas and salad at weekend for my Dad & step-mum and it went down very well.

Today I bought a food slicer in Argos, reduced to £14.99 and will try slicing my kebab with that next time (I bought it primarily for H/M bread though) .

I found the offer from this post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2800026 so if you go for it please thank the OP. :)

I know it is really cheeky but would anyone be willing to pm me the kebab recipe? It was on the preview on amazon last night, I have just gone to write the ingredients down and they have taken it off! I just wanted to try this recipe before I buy it.
    Thank you :)

I shallow fry for a few minutes to seal and crisp it up then finish off in the oven. I'm always frightened to deep fry chicken in case it's not cooked through properly. :o
