    Yep, that's right.

If you take a look at Kenny's tweets for the 4th Jan, he mentions a few of the recipes from the new book.

Chicken w/black pepper sauce, salt and pepper chips, madras curry, vindaloo curry...

King rib, American bbq ribs, bacon and folded egg omelette bagel, kung pao chicken, mongolian beef, crispy beef, chicken puri......

Yakitori chicken, tasty big burger + sauce, boneless buffalo wings, chocolate fudge cake, ice cream frenzy and more!

    ;)

Never heard of them, are they like the potato wedges you can get with cracked black pepper and salt?
  • I haven't even tried a recipe yet :o........I've had the book for over a year, so this week I will definitely cook something from it.

I'm making up a load of Chicken Tikka tomorrow, question is, can I freeze what is left of the marinade (that has had the meat in it) to use to make the curry with at a later date (fine with freezing the chicken as I will cook it before freezing anyway).

if it has had raw chicken in it personally i wouldn't risk it

not sure how well it would freeze anyway with it being yoghurt, would it not split and go a bit odd?

  • Well I'm completely sold on this book already but as I'm on a bit of a mission with my finances for a while I have decided to reserve it from the library for 60p. I can then put the recipes I like/fancy having a go at in my recipe folder. I know it's not much to buy but it's this sort of thing that got me into trouble with the CC in the first place! :D

Not sure how long I have to wait though (so desperate to try a KFC and McD's closely followed by a curry!)

Thanks for the link. I posted about the new book on the previous page but lots of people seem to have missed it! Hadn't seen the link though so thanks for posting :)

sb44, those tweets were in response to my questions to Kenny about the new book (I am @taongajh). Thanks for re-posting tho as lots of people missed my previous post.

Just ordered the book so I can make notes in it and not have to work from my Kindle. As great as the kindle version is, its not ideal to flip pages with hands covered in curry hehe
