my right foot has now went numb and tingly. stupid body. OH and I are having words. I have a sore ear, think i got water in in yesterday at aqua natal and he is just shouting andd being a nob. I've therefore flung him out the livingroom. I cannot be annoyed with him he throws worse tantrums than the kids.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

I don't blame you, just occasionally especially as you get bigger! Just a thought.0 -

She also says regular heat packs on the painful areas and I find this easier to manage than the bath.

I love being pregnant sometimes, I've just polished off a whole 85g bag of Roast Beef Monster Munch and still want more. Will have to stop myself from eating the other packet out there! yum yum.0

I've just bought a StayWarm from my local chemist. Its filled with cherry stones and is supposed to last years and years. It cost GBP16 but you can stick it in the freezer as well and it does stay warm for about 45 minutes, longer if you're in bed with it. Much better than the gel ones I've had in the past. 2.30mins in the microwave and its done.0 -
Its banana angel delight i want. I am a weirdo.
Welsh Lassie it is a good idea but i think my stubborness would prevent me using it although sometimes I want to use the ones in my local tesco.
Poundlan does heatpacks for sports injuries. I have a penguin that has little beads in it that you can microwave for 50 seconds and use for period pain. I got mine from the local lloyds chemistMF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
