  • Well Ladies, I have to write this quick otherwise it will never get typed and I will have no where to escape to from life,

My husband died after suffering mulitple injuries in a bike accident a 6am yesterday on his way to work in the awful rain.

It seem such horrible thing to type, but I know I will continue, to need pregnancy support here in the coming weeks so I had to get it on now, before I chickened out.

I feel like I'm in a very bad dream, I'm surrounding by family & friends many of which are all in my congregation (I'm a jehovahs witness).

I somehow have held myself together but I think thats because a 2yr old to care for and protect from all of us crying adults around him, and an 29week unborn child to protect from high blood pressure etc.

I have been given something to help me sleep, which is kicking in, and as I finally time to sit and have 5mins I wanted to post, I think girls I'm going to need the virtual support on here to, please help if you can, this child was never planned to be fatherless and I never planned to be husband, best friend, companion, cuddle buddies Less!

Its so said a loss at 36yrs old. My heart just hurts so much.

I must I cant type more.

TF I also have no clue what to say. I am glad you have support from your church.

Sorry words just seem so pointless. One thing though your child will not be fatherless, your husband will be watching over you all every step of the way

Twoflower, I'm so sorry to hear about your DH.

That sounds so inadequate, but I really don't know what to say. I cannot imagine how you must be feeling right now.

Twoflower I'm so sorry. In can't imagine what your going through.

You sound like your being strong for your 2 yr old but don't keep it all in. It's good you have such a big support network in your family and church.

My thoughts are with you. Take care

Oh TF I am so sorry. Like the others I really don't know what to say. It makes my little moans and niggles totally insignificant. My thoughts are with you and the family, I'm glad you have a support network around you, use them don't try and be strong for anyone you need to grieve.

You will always have the support on here too. xx

  • TF - Again nothing any of us say will ever be adequate or enough BUT we are all here to listen at any time you need cry or vent about the unfairness of it all.
One thing is for certain, your husband will always be with you through your child and unborn child. I'm sure in time you will draw strength through this, but right now its 1 day at a time.
    Big hugs :( x
