princesslilo wrote: »Hi ladies, after lurking for a fair few weeks I thought I would make an appearance.
I am 16 + 1 today and my due date is 6th April 2011 - can I be added to the list please!
Dusty - my bump more or less appeared in front of my very eyes on Sunday and makes it feel much more real! I can also feel slight flutters quite low down as well which seems quite early.
My next scan is on the 16th November when we hope to find out what we are having.
Have a great day everyone.

Congrats! and yes you can definately be added with a EDD after mine you push me up the list. Feel free to post your 12 week scan pics;)
Can't remember who is breech but the baby may turn on it's own, my first moved constantly from breech to head down after 36 weeks. She resisted an ECV, and I even got as far as in a gown ready for a CS when they realised she'd turned again.
My problem was 2 things tiny baby (born at 42+1 at 5.5lb) and loads of room for her to move (I used to be a size 16 and lost weight down to size 6 before I got pg) everyone used to joke there was room for another in there and even at 42 weeks most people thought I looked 3/4 months.
I got to recognise when she was flipping round as I had to sit down for a minute I was so dizzy and lost any feeling of gravity and couldn't walk in a straight line:rotfl:
Hope this ones a bit bigger and more relaxed I don't fancy the drama again.AKA: PC

When I went to work this morning I asked my 2 year old for a kiss "NO" she said, well she got a big wet one anyway and off I went to the car.
I'd just got in and noticed the little monkey had ran after me she shouted "said I don't want it" and she wiped her mouth and smeared her slavery hand down my car window. NICE!AKA: PC

I can vouch for the powers of Sophie. bit of a pain when you stand on her and she squeaks though. Or you lean over for a kiss when they are sleeping and you lean on her and she squeaks.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

Hey all, mind if I join you ladies?
I am 12+2 today with my first baby. Had an emergency scan last week due to some spotting, but all OK, so ended up with two scans fairly close together.
Baby's heartbeat is 164bpm which sonographer said was nice and strong, and I have had the nuchal testing including bloods so got to wait 10 days for results, but she did say the nuchal was measuring very thin, so along with my age, should be a low risk.
Baby was kicking up a real storm in there, saw both arms, legs, feet and handsSonographer also mentioned placenta is in posterior position so said this will mean I will feel all baby's movements. Could be uncomfortable then! But as she said, reassuring.
Treated baby to some cute bodysuits and a teddy from Mamas and Papas as a congratulations for reaching 12 weeks afterwards, and we enjoyed a Subway :rotfl:
I will post my scans pics a bit later once I have scanned them in0 -

My Grandad had CoPD for years and ended up with a machine that purified the oxygen in the air to help him breath a little better...

My dad is a stubborn old man and the only thing he has at home is the nebulizer but I think after this episode that might be changing....his sister also had COPD for years but unfortunately died last year with it and since then he has gone down hill.....he just doesn't seem to care anymore and is pushing us all away, or at least trying to.......apparently told my mum the other day he doesn't want to be here anymore so I just don't know what to do when he does and says things like that.....sorry feeling a bit low atm am sitting here in tears coz I feel so helpless atmThe pod landed and produced baby Timothy on 10th March 20110
