Nene - that shouldn't work as I'm sure i used it ages ago and googled to check if it was safe and it was... but bubble bath and choc defo sounds like a good idea, radox also makes me spotty though so i would go for some soap and glory!

MV - I'm onto baby number 3 and didn't feel movements until 21+ weeks, lovely bump by the way

I feel sooo drained today, got up at 7:15 with DS1 to get him off to school then DS2 heard him and got up too, i lay down on my bed after 9am and i've been dosing off and on all morning, i feel so drained like i can't lift my head, keep forgetting to take my iron tablets too and now i feel like i did before i was on them, up now and trying to keep myself wakened by being on here, also drinking some yummy ice water mmmm, had half a bottle of water from yesterday and put it in the freezer for a while so it turned slushy yum x

Bloody pregnancy hormones... I'm crying at the mighty ducks 2... Wouldn't be so bad but when I was a teenager the kids I babysat for used to watch it constantly and I got sick of it!

We're watching that too - ds is really into them lately, we must have watched the 3rd one about 5 times this week already.
And as for pregnancy hormones I had a strop in Tesco's this morning cos the system was down and they couldn't change my vouchers for me after the car seat I want was finally back in stock. It's now out of stock again . Wouldn't mind so much but got kids ready and we walked down in the rain and by the time we walked back I was shattered!

A quick question for SPD sufferers - pregnancy yoga. Yay or nay? I feel like a lazy slob sitting around but I don't want to make it any worse before seeing the doctor on Monday.

    Saying that - if it's a nay then I'll save £7 a week! ;)

Lilian, some of the exersices the physio gave me for me SPD are stretches that ive done in Pilates before - but they are very light stretches that mainly just involve tilting the pelvis and arching and unarching your back. May be worth seeing the doctor first though and overdoing it exercise wise, definatly wont help. I think swimming is meant to be good, but not breast stroke. Ive left it to late to try swimming as i wouldnt be able to get in and out of the pool now. :)

You could watch it the day after it comes out in America if you liked? ;)

gems I went swimming for the first time whilst pregnant yesterday, I'm normally a good swimmer, but I suppose you shouldn't leave it till 39 weeks before you attempt it whilst pregnant, felt like my bump was really weighing me down, felt so odd. Just ended up laughing with my friend in the pool.

confuzzled, yes heartburn can make you feel very sick, if you're sick though, it might just bring more acid higher up, but I know how you feel, I had that feeling prior to pregnancy.

nene stop jumping, it could bring on labour, we know you wouldn't want that :p
