eek! got everything crossed for you! Have you told them all the good things about your offer? How quickly you can move etc??
Sorry but I love the excitement of house buying:o DH lets me do the talking:D

Yes, but we can't compete with cash - and the cash buyer is someone they know as well, so I think we would have to beat them by a lot for it to be worth the hassle for them. We're doing our best, well, OH is, but we'll see. We've upped our offer 12k, so if that's not enough, it probably wasn't meant to be.
  • Morning ladies

Huge labour vibes and come on contraction vibes to mlsl and kk. I know you feel like you have wasted your time KK being off work, but you never know when bubs will make their grand entrance - like mine is coming 2 weeks early and have spent most of my time off so far in and out of hospital so I'm glad I stopped when I did . .

MV hope you feel bubs move soon and try not to worry re the scan, could you not go to a local hospital with an antenatal unit and go to the fetal assessment unit, they can check heartbeat etc . .

Good luck with house chakani and hungry def speak with your boss as sounds like harrassement to me!

Well have got my first NCT antenatal class this afternoon but going on my own as DH is working, probably bore him anyway.

See essay type post too Rach!

  • Chakani - I know it won't help you feel better now, but I just wanted to share a housebuying experience we had. Fell in love with a house that was miles out of our price range. We worked out our abolute maximum and offered it (50k under asking price). Surprisingly they were interested. Alas there was another couple after it too who went 2k over us and we just couldn't stretch any more so we lost it. 2 months later we saw a similar house (but no 4th bedroom extension and in need of full renovation) that was 75k cheaper than our highest offer on the other house. At that price we could make it how we wanted it, which we are currently trying to do. Alas it won't all be done before sproglet arrives.

If it doesn't work out (which I hope it does) think about all the things you like about it, and remember that you can do some of that to other houses.

If it doesn't work out, then your dream house is still out there.
If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:

Ummmm ok... you're all going to slap me:o:o:o

I very nearly did go in last night and I was everso naughty not too but we'd only got back from the blimin place and I knew once in I wouldn't be coming out:o

I had very naughty wee with blood but then the wee after that started getting better. I did have a google and google did say a UTI at this stage is not good. Spent all night weeing but it got clearer and clearer and now is a lot better:)

And then I also got a strange rash on my leg... and then I was sick. I've had constant period pain and several times DH asked if I was sure I wasn't in labour cos of the sounds I was making:o

Can I ask... I will definitly know when I'm in labour won't I???? I had this discussion with midwife on labour ward who said I should know as I've already been through it!!:rotfl:It's such a worry knowing I have to go straight in at the 1st sign:o

I might just dissappear for a few days from here cos I seem to take over with these long blabbering moaning posts:eek:
