Evening ladies, I've had a lovely evening, been to a wedding party, had to go by myself as DH is still not quite right, but it's been so lovely to get dressed up and go out. Only stayed out for couple of hours, but it was nice to catch up with some people I haven't seen for a few months and years in some cases.
I'm currently working my way through a tube of Maynards Blacks and Reds from Bargain Foods, yum yum.
I saw the physio this afternoon and feel like I've been beaten up now, but I do feel a bit "lighter" which is a good thing. I also saw my MW and have changed consultants, have also got an appointment to see a consultant midwife in a fortnight to discuss my birthing options to help me make a decision. Things finally feel like their coming together.
DH and I started discussing names this morning. This would be made easier if I could find our short list from last time round, especially as I'm convinced its a girl and DS was obviously a boy so we have a complete list!0 -
Sounds like something in the air with OHs being grumpy. I was moaning about my hip hurting and he said 'you wanted a child'. Thanks! Saying that he has been better than earlier.
We have been trying again to come up with a boys name, and failing dismally!
Think I should go to bed, feels like a bit of a write off of an evening but want to be in work as early as poss tomorrow which means leaving early
Hope those doing sweeps, DIY or otherwise work...
KK - I've also had low down foof pain, but hopefully mine is not the same as yours!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
We have the same boys name we had for DD1 and DD2. Girls names is the problem. I need something that 'goes' with the other 2'sMF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

With my first 4 they have traditional names , my little girl and this one , a boy, have old Italian names . The 6 of them don't necessarily go together but then again there's 10 years between my first set of children and my second set so its not a problem.
I hate choosing names - its so personal0 -
Army: she's gorgeous!
I'm having problems with names too, although we've decided to wait until baby is here until we decide for sure. I think OHs kinda chosen a boys name though! But we'll see what goes!
Looks like I'll still be here tomorrowI want baby cuddles

My parent gave me and all my siblings a name starting with the same initial. Now when they are asking one of us somehting they just go thru the list, they will get it right eventually. Think Joan, Janet, John, Jane. I hated it as a child and hate it even more now. I need my kids to all be a similar style but different names. I like Daisy and Poppy but OH doesn't. OH has no opinion on girls names because he wants a boy so says he will think names after 20 week scan and we know the sex.
I have a predicament. DD1 knows i am having a baby, I have been so ill and there has been so much talk around her. 20 weeks scan is on her birthday but while she is at nursery so we thought get scan find out sex then have a family afternoon but now the nursery is off for a training day so I am left with either taking her with us or leaving her with my parents and her little sister. Usually we find out the sex but keep it from everyone else and say we don't know but if we take a 4 year old she will blab and I really want to find out the sex.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
Lilac can't someone look after your DD while you go to the scan? I think that's a good idea finding out sex and not telling, might do that for the next!!0
