  • Hi Everyone

How are we all today???? I'm in a total state of boredom atm due to my kidney infection and being so sore...I just wonder what my hubby can do if I go into the kitchen and do the dishes which he so nicely left to accumulate yesterday :S I'll probably get nagged at for doing them but tbh atm if I don't do something I am going to scream!!! FB has even got boring for me and that is a feat lol.

Anyone else bored or sore or needing a moan..come join me lol

  • Morning ladies, welcome to the world baby fern :)

Quick question - I have a pain in my lower right hand side. It's been there for a while but it wasn't too painful before and I put it down to stretching but I've woken up this morning and it is a lot worse, I wonder if i have pulled it more in my sleep?. If I cough, sneeze it hurts, when I'm walking it feels like it's pulling. It is right low down in what I would call my groin but I'm not too sure what is there. I'm guessing it is stretching but I only feel it in exactly the same spot each time. when I'm still I can sense something there but then when I move it hurts....any ideas?

OMG Dusty this is me!!! I woke up on Saturday morning with what felt like a pulled muscle and it got worse and worse as the day went on...went to Dr and maternity, they said recurrence of UTI and put me back on antibiotics but it doesn't feel like a UTI....hurts to cough, sneeze, laugh, pee, try to get off the sofa, the works......let me know if you get any answers coz I am not happy with the answers that maternity and my GP have given me and I don't know who to turn to now :S

  • Baby shifted yesterday evening and now my bump has started to visibly move when the baby kicks:rotfl:. It's very entertaining (if a bit alien like) especially since I'm bored at work. Also, my belly button is no longer in the middle .

    Hi everyone

Had a bit of a scare last night, I had a massive stomach cramp that lasted about a minute and made me feel really sick, then didn't feel peanut move for the rest of the evening. Luckily no more cramps after that and I've felt movement today but it was a bit scary given I'm only 24 + 4! Think it must have been baby shifting as movement seems to be in a different place now.

Gems - sorry your birth wasn't as straightforward as you'd hoped, I hope you can work through the trauma. Glad you're all home safe and well.

JMF - congrats on the new arrival!

Nice bumps everyone (sorry can't remember names...) Catwoman was one...

Congrats billbobbery on baby Fern :)

Lillian - sorry about your scare. I don't feel baby at night. I sort of hope it stays that way and I can sleep through it :D

I feel like I'm at a boring stage of the pregnancy...I want to buy more stuff! But all the things I want are still full price. *sigh*

We're also properly skint. Got a roof repair and boiler problem to pay for :( Also at some point we need to replace the loft insulation. Even that's not as cheap as I thought (but I want the boards, rather than the fibreglass stuff).

55 working days until Maternity Leave :D Actually make that 54.5 now :D

Self pity alert, feel free to ignore...

Feel rubbish today. Sick, light-headed, tired, and sproglet is making me uncomfortable.

Stuck at work till 5pm now

    Should've stayed home

    :(

:grouphug::grouphug: Oh Hngrymummy have some dodgy hugs - you are not alone!! I feel rubbish today too, as I did yesterday! on top of feeling sick, tired, indigestion and fed up, I also feel really guilty as DD's are on holidays and I just don't feel like doing anything :(, going to try and take them to the park at some point!

Feel really bad for wishing the next 15 weeks away :o, don't ever remember feeling like this with the other 2...

Baby is doing Agadoo and the conga in my belly I think :rotfl:

I too have pain roughly in the same place. Although I do know what's causing mine. It's a combination of being a little bit bunged up and Sproglet finding my nice soft innards to be comfortable. All I can do right now is sit down, anything else is sore :(

Big Bird you sounds like you are sorting last minute bits like I am. I remember thinking at about 20 weeks that I could do some of it now, but thought I might need something to keep me busy near the end :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: What a load of tosh. Those in 2nd trimester reading this........do it now :T

We have just got off holiday so now its full steam ahead to rearranage upstairs and decorate, we have already started buying bits and bobs for the nursery so Im hoping to get it pretty much sorted by christmas :D

I know the boredom feeling except I am signed off work atm so I am ready to scream....as for buying more stuff, because I have had such a nightmare pregnancy the only thing I have got is I have put the deposit down on the pram....we are going for the MC Spin mainly because it means that the alien can be facing me but also because it is so frickin light, lol

I am going back to work on Monday and am going to sit down and work out if I can get 4 day weeks for the rest of my time there and use up some holidays then work out exactly when I want to finish...I'm thinking 4-6 weeks before but am not sure atm...what is everyone else finishing at????
