How was the labour??? Did you have water birth or dry birth? I need all the positives about the hospital that you can give me:o:D

I'll PM you all the gory details and how the hospital was.

Had a 'dry birth' which went well with no complications. I would definatly recommend the RLT as within 4 pushes, she was out. Fantastic!

Tinks - Sorry I have no knowledge at all of CS but I hope it goes well whatever you decide - seems like a scary choice either way!!


I had my 16 week MW appt today and she seemed nice. But I was in a bit of a grump as she was running late plus I'd just had a barney with DH about wardrobes of all things :mad:. Anyway, turns out there's 3 lots of bloods that I was supposed to have had done after my 12 week scan - but I didn't know. So now I have to go back to the hospital tomorrow to get them done and then see MW again at 18 weeks. On the positive side she is sending off for my 20 week scan and we got to listen to a lovely, strong heartbeat :T

Sammy, I didn't get my bloods done either... And they weren't mentioned at my 16 week appointment... Won't see anyone until the consultant at 22+4 now, if it gets mentioned I think I might just make them wait until the 28 week bloods now lol...

Thats interesting. Mine was really flapping that mine hadn't been done and was so adamant that I go back in 2 weeks to discuss them.
